Welcome to this week’s Online Choir Session! Rose says “our theme this week is opposites. As we are moving towards the easing of lockdown restrictions, I notice that this brings a real mix of reactions. We long to be able to hug and do the things we’ve missed out on for over a year (for example, singing together!) but there is also very understandable trepidation and caution. Life is full of contradictions I guess, now more than ever perhaps! So our theme for today reflects that. We’ll sing about summer and winter, youth and experience, being together and apart, rain and shine, sun and moon…! I hope you enjoy the songs.”
